We have restarted the back-end services responsible for Admin Console and SAML authentication and they have stabilized. This may have caused a brief pause in handling requests for some users.

We are seeing issues with SAML authentication and Admin Console access. The issue appears to be intermittent so we advise to retry if you encounter an error.

We have scaled down the primary site and are fully running out of the DR site. We will fail back on the Sunday 26th at 15:00 UTC

We have verified all services are functioning as expected. We did encounter and correct an issue that could have effected some users using WLA.

On February 25, 2023, Thales Cloud Operations will perform a full-service fail over test of the STA Service in the STA US Region beginning Saturday February 25, 12am UTC time zone till Sunday February 26, 2023, 3pm UTC time zone. The STA service will remain operational on the Secondary (Disaster Recovery) STA US Region until February 26, 2023, 3pm UTC time zone.

During this time STA Cloud operations team shall be working on major back-end infrastructure updates that shall enhance the STA service and customer experience. Please note that the STA US primary zone will be unavailable and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their disaster recovery is configured and their STA traffic is forwarded to STA US secondary (DR) zone as stated in the Quick Help guide:

Please ensure your STA US DR environment is ready before February 24, 2023, in preparation for the planned Disaster Recovery.
