A maintenance activity is planned on Tuesday, OCT 13th, 2020 Starting at 8 PM UTC. During this maintenance period, there will be a brief service degradation for the below features used by STA Operators for up to 15 minutes.
STA Access Management Console degradation;
• Create, update and delete Applications
• Update Kerberos configurations
• Update Session Timeout
• Account Initialization (First login to STA Access Management Console for new virtual server)
STA Token Management Console degradation;
• Delete Virtual Server
There will be no impact on user authentications and all other services will continue to work as expected.
Delivery of push notifications may be impacted during the first 5 minutes of this maintenance period. As a fallback, manually entering the OTP generated by the MobilePASS+ application will remain available.
