STA Classic- TLS Certificate Renewal

Please be advised that Thales will renew the TLS certificate of the STA Classic service zone on June 29, 2026, between 20:00-23:00 UTC.

What is the customer impact?

This maintenance operation will not interrupt the STA services.

As part of this renewal, the certificate chain will be changed.

What is the customer action item?

If your application does not implement certificate pinning, the upgrade will be transparent, and you do not have to do anything.

However if your application does require certificate pinning, you MUST update your application to add pinning of the new certificates.

Once logged into their STA console accounts, both STA operators and users with access to the console can easily identify the STA Zone hosting their environment by checking the URL displayed.
