During pre-maintenance validation, we identified some risk in the upcoming change and as such we have decided to refactor the change and will reschedule at a later date.

We will be conducting a backend infrastructure maintenance activity on January 31st 2026, from 14:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. During this period, we will perform upgrades on our Backend Database Infrastructure to improve scalability, manageability, and resiliency.

There is no customer action item required.
What is the customer impact?
There shall be no data loss. While we don't anticipate any service impact, there is a possibility of service degradation for up to 15 minutes during the window.
