A maintenance activity is planned on Monday, August 10th, 2020 Starting at 3 PM UTC for upgrading SAML/OIDC Services. During this maintenance period, there will be a brief service degradation for the below features used by STA Operators for up to 60 minutes.
STA Access Management Console degradation;
• Create, update and delete Applications
• Update Kerberos configurations
• Update Session Timeout
• Account Initialization (First login to STA Access Management Console for new virtual server)
STA Token Management Console degradation;
• Delete Virtual Server
There will be no impact on user authentications and all other services will continue to work as expected.

- Authentication Services ? : All the methods are down, all customers are impacted
- Admin Console ? : Users are not able to access both consoles, cannot log in completely
