A maintenance activity is planned on November 14th from 21:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC to perform some updates to the STA Policy Engine.
There may be a brief service degradation of up to 5 minutes for the PUSH notification service during the change. Manual OTP generation will continue to work as intended.
All other services will continue to work as expected.

Partial Outage
- Authentication Services ? : One or more methods fails completely i.e. RADIUS
- Admin Console ? : Users are not able to access either one of the consoles
Major Outage
- Authentication Services ? : All the methods are down, all customers are impacted
- Admin Console ? : Users are not able to access both consoles, cannot log in completely
