Phase 2 of the IDP (Identity Provider Service) upgrade was completed successfully and all functionalities are now available and working as expected. We will continue to monitor the service. If you you experience any issues, please contact our support team.

Update
Phase 1 of the IDP (Identity Provider Service) upgrade has now been completed successfully and traffic is now being directed to the new version of IDP. Authentications are being processed as expected.
However, the below mentioned functionalities will remain unavailable until the closure of this maintenance window:
STA Console
o Create / update / delete Application
o Application Sharing
o Update Kerberos configurations
o Update session timeout
o Tenant Initialization (First login to STA Console for new tenant)
REST API / RASTA
o Session Management APIs
SAS Console
o Delete Tenant
We will continue to test and monitor for the duration of the window. If you you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
