Following our previous NGCI communications regarding whitelisting our NGCI STA EU Region, please take note that we will be changing our email service provider on Tuesday November 29, 2022 starting 17:00 UTC.

What does this mean?

STA Cloud Operations team shall be changing our current sending domain from noreply@eu.safenetid.com to noreply@safenetid.com.

What action is required from STA EU customers end?

Please ensure the specified IP addresses/source URLs are whitelisted, as outlined in the below-linked document before Tuesday November 29, 2022 starting at 17:00 UTC. Please note, that accessing this link does require an active Thales Support Portal account.
