On July 8, 2023, Thales Cloud Operations will perform a full-service fail over test of the STA Service in the STA EU Region beginning Saturday July 8, 00:00 UTC time zone until Sunday July 9, 2023, 15:00 UTC time zone. The STA service will remain operational on the Secondary (Disaster Recovery) STA EU Region until July 9, 2023, 15:00 UTC time zone.
During this time STA Cloud operations team shall be working on major back-end infrastructure updates that shall enhance the STA service and customer experience. Please note that the STA EU primary zone will be unavailable and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their disaster recovery is configured and their STA traffic is forwarded to STA EU secondary (DR) zone as stated in the Quick Help guide:
