On Saturday, 5th June 2021, starting at 05:00 AM UTC and continuing until 09:00 AM UTC (4 hours), our Cloud Operations team will be performing disruptive maintenance on the EU Service Zone only. This maintenance is part of the Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure (NGCI) project. As communicated earlier, all customers that currently whitelist SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) IP addresses must update their whitelists before 5th June 2021.
Failing to update your whitelists will prevent your organization from accessing STA starting 5th June 2021.
If you are not currently whitelisting the STA IP addresses, no further action is required on your part. During these 4 hour of maintenance, you should expect that the service may not be available or available but with reduced functionality or performance. We will update this status dashboard as the maintenance progresses (https://status.safenetid.com/
). The service will resume full operation after the maintenance is complete.
