Classic Legacy Secondary Site (CA): Network Maintenance

On 17 October 2022, between the hours of 17:00 - 19:00 UTC, we will be performing necessary, preventative network maintenance. During this window, Radius traffic being served through IPSec VPN tunnels from the Classic Legacy Datacentre in Canada will be unavailable. Radius Over VPN tunnels will continue to be available from the UK site during this time.

Please ensure that the UK site is configured properly in your Radius settings to ensure that your service will remain unaffected.

Please see below guide to ensure proper configuration:

If your RADIUS is configured as:
Primary: 64.26.184.82 & Secondary: 37.200.119.90

then change to

Primary: 37.200.119.90 & Secondary: 64.26.184.82

If your RADIUS is configured as:
Primary: 64.26.184.89 & Secondary: 37.200.116.184

then change to

Primary: 37.200.116.184 & Secondary: 64.26.184.89

VPN customers (i.e. those using VPN tunnels to send RADIUS traffic to Thales) must configure their RADIUS gateways as follows:

If your RADIUS is configured as:
Primary: 64.26.184.82 Primary: 37.200.119.90
then change to
Secondary: 37.200.119.90 Secondary: 64.26.184.82

If your RADIUS is configured as:
Primary: 64.26.184.89 Primary: 37.200.116.184
then change to
Secondary: 37.200.116.184 Secondary: 64.26.184.89
