A maintenance activity is planned to occur between Saturday August 12th 2023 00:00 UTC and August 13th 2023 00:00 UTC in order to conduct an upgrade to our back-end cloud infrastructure service. The STA service will remain operational on the Secondary (Disaster Recovery) STA Classic Region until August 13th, 2023, 00:00 UTC time zone.
During this time STA Cloud operations team shall be working on major back-end infrastructure updates on the primary zone that shall enhance the STA service and customer experience.
What should customers expect?
Please note that the STA Classic primary zone will be unavailable and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their disaster recovery is configured and their STA traffic is forwarded to STA Classic secondary (DR) zone as stated in the Quick Help guide:
