We have successfully failed back to the Primary site and can confirm that core services are operating within optimal parameters. We will now close this incident.

Update
We are confident that we have determined the root cause of the issue and have taken corrective steps. Testing indicates positive and consistent results. We will conduct a fail-back to the Primary UK site at 21:00 UTC.

Once the service has been failed back, we will update this incident.

We have successfully failed over to the secondary site and nominal services have returned. We will monitor the situation before closing.

We are now failing over the secondary site in Classic to resolve this issue. Might be a brief total interruption of service while we do so.

Investigating
The SafeNet Trusted Access monitoring system has detected a problem with Authentication Services.

Currently experiencing degradation with authentication and this may impede your ability to authenticate using RADIUS, SAML/OIDC applications, Admin Consoles, and any other authentication services using STA.

SAML/OIDC Authentication issues can affect users ability to authenticate or access business applications configured with STA.

Issues in Admin console may have an impact on your ability to access and manage tokens, users, provisioning, policies, application configuration, and other management operations.

The Thales Incident Response Team is actively investigating this problem and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.

  • Authentication Services ? : All the methods are down, all customers are impacted
  • Admin Console ? : Users are not able to access both consoles, cannot log in completely
