Update

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

If your organization currently whitelists STA IP addresses, you must add the new STA IP addresses to your whitelists so that your organization can continue accessing STA. Please see the scheduled maintenance announcement below for more information.

Update

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Posted Dec 01, 2020 - 21:41 UTC

Scheduled

Start: 2020-12-05 10:00 UTC
End: 2020-12-05 14:00 UTC

Duration: 4 hours

Service Zone: US only

Maintenance Type: Disruptive – all internal services may be intermittently unavailable or available but with reduced functionality or performance.

On Saturday, 5th December 2020, starting at 10:00 UTC and continuing until 14:00 UTC (4 hours), our Operations team will be performing a disruptive maintenance on the US Service Zone only. This maintenance is part of the Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure (NGCI) project. As communicated earlier, all customers that currently whitelist SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) IP addresses must update their whitelists before 5th December 2020.

Failing to update your whitelists will prevent your organization from accessing STA starting 5th December 2020.

If you are not currently whitelisting the STA IP addresses, no further action is required on your part. For information on the NGCI project and whitelisting the STA IP addresses, please visit the NGCI resource page at https://supportportal.gemalto.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0022660.

Expected Impact:

During this four hour maintenance, you should expect that the service may not be available or available but with reduced functionality or performance. We will update this status dashboard as the maintenance progresses (https://status.safenetid.com/). The service will resume to full operation after the maintenance is complete.
